§1. General Provisions
- These Regulations define the rules for using the online store operated at the address https://www.wildcubesolutions.com/, in particular the rules for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, payments, delivery, withdrawal from the contract, and complaint procedures.

- The regulations are made available free of charge on the Store's website in a manner that allows for its acquisition, reproduction, and preservation.
§2. Definitions
- Seller – WILD CUBE SOLUTIONS S.C. Artur Labuhn, Wojciech Szwocher.
- Store – the online store operated by the Seller at the address indicated in §1 item 1.
- Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, placing an order in the Store.
- Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for them.
- Product – goods offered by the Seller in the Store, including standard products, sets, accessories, and products made or configured according to the Customer's specifications.
- Order – the Customer's statement of intent aimed directly at concluding a sales contract for the Product.
§3. Type and scope of services
- The Seller conducts the sale of Products presented in the Store.
- Information about Products posted in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract, unless the offer description explicitly states otherwise.
- Products may have the following characteristics:a) standard,b) personalized,c) made or assembled according to the Customer's specifications.
- Photos, visualizations, technical descriptions, and marketing materials are for informational purposes. In the case of configurable Products, differences resulting from individual arrangements, production tolerances, finishing methods, or material parameters are permissible.
§4. Technical requirements
- To use the Store, the following are required:a) a device with Internet access,b) an up-to-date web browser,c) an active email address.
- The Customer is obliged to use the Store in a manner compliant with the law and good customs.
- It is prohibited for the Customer to provide unlawful content.
§5. Prices and commercial information
- The prices of Products indicated in the Store are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN) and are:[choose: gross prices / net prices, to which VAT will be added at applicable rates].
- Unless otherwise indicated for a given Product, the price does not include delivery, assembly, carrying, or additional services.
- In the case of bulky, personalized, or custom-made Products, the delivery cost may be determined individually and communicated to the Customer before the final confirmation of the Order.
- The binding price for the parties is the price in effect at the time of placing the Order.
§6. Placing orders and concluding a contract
- Orders can be placed:a) through the order form in the Store,b) via email,c) by phone – if the Seller allows such a method of order acceptance.
- To place an Order, the Customer provides the necessary data for its realization, in particular: first and last name or company name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and billing information if required.
- Placing an Order signifies the obligation to pay.
- The sales contract is concluded:a) upon the Customer receiving confirmation of the Order's acceptance for execution – in the case of standard Products, orb) upon acceptance of the individual offer by the Customer and its confirmation by the Seller – in the case of personalized Products or those made according to the Customer's specifications.
- The Seller may contact the Customer to clarify the specifications of the Order, delivery data, execution time, or transport costs.
§7. Payments
- The Seller offers the following payment methods:a) traditional bank transfer,b) online payment through the operator [operator's name],c) cash on delivery – if available for the given Product,d) payment based on a pro forma invoice – in the case of individual or B2B orders.
- The Seller may condition the commencement of the Order fulfillment on receiving the full or partial payment, especially for personalized or custom-ordered Products.
- The sales document is issued in the form of [invoice / receipt / electronic invoice].
§8. Delivery and fulfillment time
- Delivery is carried out within the territory of [Poland / the European Union / other countries as agreed].
- Available delivery methods: a) courier shipment, b) dedicated transport, c) personal collection – if the Seller provides for such an option.
- The fulfillment time for the Order is indicated with the Product, in the Order confirmation, or in the individual offer.
- In the absence of a different notification, the Seller shall deliver the goods without delay, no later than within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
- Upon receipt of the shipment, the Customer should check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the shipment. In case of damage, it is recommended to prepare a damage report with the carrier.
§9. Right of withdrawal from the contract
- A Consumer and an Entrepreneur on consumer rights who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The term for withdrawal from the contract runs: a) for a sales contract – from the day the Customer or a third party indicated by them takes possession of the Product, b) for multiple Products delivered separately – from the possession of the last Product, batch, or part.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer should send the Seller an unequivocal statement:
- The Customer may use the template for the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
- In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall return all payments received from the Customer, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered in the Store, without delay, no later than within 14 days from the day of receiving the withdrawal statement.
- The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product is received back or proof of its return is provided – depending on which event occurs first.
- The Customer is obliged to return the Product without delay, no later than within 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract. The cost of returning the Product is borne by the Customer, unless the Seller has explicitly stated otherwise.
§10. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
- The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in cases provided for by law, in particular regarding contracts: a) for goods that are not prefabricated, produced according to the Customer's specifications, or intended to meet their individualized needs, b) for the provision of services fully performed with the explicit consent of the Customer, if they have been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal, c) concerning goods that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- If the Product is made to individual order, personalized, or manufactured according to an agreed technical configuration, the information about the lack of the right of withdrawal is provided to the Customer no later than before the conclusion of the contract.
§11. Complaints and compliance of goods with the contract
- The Seller is liable to the Consumer and the Entrepreneur on consumer rights for the lack of compliance of the Product with the contract under the principles resulting from the Consumer Rights Act.
- Complaints can be submitted:
- The complaint should include at least: a) Customer's details, b) Order number or date of purchase, c) Description of the defect or non-compliance, d) Customer's request.
- The Seller shall respond to the Consumer's complaint within 14 days from the day of its receipt.
- In the case of a complaint being accepted, the Seller acts in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular through repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund – depending on the basis and principles of the complaint.
§12. Provisions concerning entrepreneurs
- In relation to Customers who are neither Consumers nor Entrepreneurs on consumer rights, the Seller's liability under warranty is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- The Seller's liability to a Customer who is not a Consumer for lost profits is excluded.
- In the case of B2B sales, detailed technical, commercial, and logistical conditions may be specified in an individual offer, order, or contract.
§13. Personal data
- Customer personal data is processed by the Seller in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy available on the website.
- Data is processed primarily for the purpose of fulfilling the Order, handling payments, shipping Products, and addressing complaints.
§14. Alternative dispute resolution methods
- Consumers have the option to utilize alternative dispute resolution methods for complaints and claims, particularly with the help of the relevant local consumer ombudsman or Trade Inspection.
- Detailed information on how to use such procedures is available on the websites of the relevant public authorities.
§15. Final provisions
- Polish law applies to contracts concluded through the Store.
- In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the following apply in particular:
- the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights,
- the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services,
- the Civil Code.
- The Regulations come into force on [dd.mm.2026].
- The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations for important legal, organizational, or technical reasons. The Regulations in force at the time of placing the Order apply to contracts concluded before the change.
